Dr. Adam Liptak, PT, DPT
I’m a Rhode Island native with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island. I relocated to Boston, MA to pursue and complete my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Simmons University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
My clinical practice focuses on delivering exceptional, high quality, individualized care that goes beyond traditional, outdated rehab practices. My approach emphasizes strength and conditioning principles, tailored programming, and in-depth analysis of biomechanics and lifestyle factors; all while offering progressively challenging treatments without relying on passive modalities.
In my free time, you’ll find me skiing, golfing, hiking, or weight lifting. These pursuits have become integral to my professional insight, allowing me to connect with patients on a deeper level. I understand firsthand the goals and challenges you face, enabling me to offer nuanced, practical solutions for training, sports performance, and rehabilitation.
My aim is to guide you towards a sustainable, active lifestyle that aligns with your goals. Whether you’re looking to enhance athletic performance, rehab short or long term injuries, or simply improve overall well-being, I’m committed to helping you build resilience and achieve lasting success.
