Golf Performance Method
Build a stronger, more resilient golf body so you can play and practice more, hit it farther, and finish rounds without feeling wrecked the next day.
For golfers who want to get out of the injury cycle, finally feel strong and mobile, and have a clear, sport-specific plan—not random exercises.
Built by a TPI‑Certified Golf Performance Coach/Physical Therapist
As a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified provider, your program starts with a TPI‑based golf physical screen combined with a detailed performance PT assessment to uncover how your body is affecting your swing.
A TPI golf assessment is a structured movement screen that links your movement patterns to common swing faults, helping identify the specific mobility and stability issues limiting your distance, consistency, and pain‑free play
This Is For Golfers Who:
Feel limited by nagging back, hip, or shoulder pain during or after a round.
Have lost distance or consistency and can’t get it back with swing tips alone.
Want a structured, golf‑specific strength and mobility plan, with the professional guidance of a licensed physical therapist.
If you are ready to invest in your body the way you invest in your equipment, you’re in the right place.
Choose Your Path: Remote or Hybrid
The 12-Week Golf Performance Method is available in two formats so you can pick what fits your goals, location, and schedule.
Remote: Fully virtual coaching with monthly check-ins—train anywhere, on your schedule.
Hybrid (Boston): 6 in-person performance PT sessions plus app based training between visits—hands-on work + remote support.

Option 1: 12‑Week Golf Performance Method - Remote
Best For: Golfers anywhere who want PT-level coaching and a fully customized program without needing in-person sessions
1) Performance Assessment
We start with a deep-dive assessment—in-person in Boston or remote—including your history, goals, movement screen, and TPI golf-specific testing. You'll leave with immediate priorities and a clear starting plan.
2) 12-Week Individualized Plan
You get a fully individualized 12-week program delivered via app: strength, mobility, and power work built around your schedule and equipment.
3) Weekly Execution & Adjustments
You train during the week, track sessions, and send feedback. Your plan is updated based on how you're responding and what's happening in your season.
4) Check-Ins & Support
You'll have scheduled check-ins plus messaging access, so you can troubleshoot pain, tweak loads, and stay accountable without guessing.
5) Re-Assessment & Next Phase
At the end of 12 weeks, we re-test, compare to your starting point, and decide on your next best step—another focused 12-week phase or a lighter maintenance option.

Golf‑specific strength and power training, targeted mobility work, and rehab for current injuries, with each session tied directly to your goals, your swing, and how often you are playing.

Proven Results
Sam McLimans, Handicap: 0.3
“I’m always searching for an edge and getting a TPI golf assessment from Adam was a game-changer. The evaluation pinpointed mobility and stability issues that were holding back my swing. My training program was completely personalized-not just generic stretches, but targeted exercises that addressed my weaknesses and enhanced my strengths. Within weeks, I noticed more power from my hips, better swing consistency, and less strain on my body. I’m playing with more confidence, hitting longer drives, and, most importantly, I feel healthier and more resilient on the course.”
