What to Expect
(How it works from start to finish)
Over 12 weeks, you move through a clear process so you’re never guessing what to do next.
Step 1 – Deep‑Dive Assessment
In your first session (in‑person in Boston or remote), we walk through your injury history, training background, and performance goals, then complete a sport‑specific movement and strength assessment so we know exactly what’s holding you back. You’ll leave with immediate priorities and a simple starting plan.
Step 2 – Customized Plan Built for You.
Based on your assessment, you receive a tailored 12‑week program delivered via app—strength, mobility, and preparation work organized around your schedule, equipment, and current ability. Each phase builds on the last so you’re progressing instead of randomly “working out.”
Step 3 – Weekly Execution and Adjustments.
You follow the plan during the week, track your sessions, and send feedback through the app as needed. Your plan is updated based on how you’re responding, life demands, and any new issues that show up, so it stays challenging but realistic.
Step 4 – Regular Check‑ins and Support.
You’ll have scheduled check‑ins (video or text) to review progress, troubleshoot any pain or performance issues, and fine‑tune your training. Between check‑ins, you can message with questions, so you’re supported without feeling overwhelmed.
Step 5 – Re‑assessment and Next‑Phase Plan.
At the end of 12 weeks, we repeat key tests, compare to your starting point, and review your results. You’ll get a clear recommendation for what to do next—whether that’s another focused 12‑week block, a lighter maintenance plan, or transitioning to fully independent training.
What Makes These Programs Different
Integrated Rehab and Performance.
These aren’t generic “workouts.” They’re built by a licensed physical therapist with sports & performance experience who understands how to push training while respecting past injuries and current limitations.
Built for Busy, Driven Adults.
Your plan fits around work, family, and life—not the other way around. Sessions are structured so you know exactly what to do when you walk into the gym or onto the course, track, or hill.
Clear Expectations and Outcomes.
Each program has a defined 12‑week window, clear testing, and specific goals (distance, consistency, pain levels, strength, or capacity), so you can see and feel the progress you’re making instead of “hoping” things get better.
